Vibrational Essences

How They Work

The focus of your alignment creates worlds! You create your own reality with the thoughts you think and as you learn to master your thoughts, you open the door to the wonderful life you deserve. These essences and mists were created to support you in this process. Life is supposed to be good!

Here's a quote from a great teacher that I think is a good place to start the discussion:

Each and every component that makes up your life experience is drawn to you by the powerful Law of Attraction’s response to the thoughts you think and the story you tell about your life. Your money and financial assets; your body’s state of wellness, clarity, flexibility, size, and shape; your work environment, how you are treated, work satisfaction, and rewards—indeed, the very happiness of your life experience in general—is all happening because of the story that you tell. --Abraham

In other words, you draw to yourself the experiences you are having based on your current vibration.  And your vibration is a direct result of the beliefs you have and the thoughts you are thinking.  It is called the Law of Attraction - that which is like unto itself is drawn. 

And you have a powerful guidance system that lets you know when you are moving toward what you are seeking or moving away from it.  That guidance system is your emotional guidance system.  When you are feeling negative emotion, you are thinking about something in your life in a way that is not consistent with the deep knowing that you were born with.  Some refer to this as your Inner Being.  When you feel even just a little bit better and experience feelings of relief or even contentment, you know you are moving in the direction of what you want.

And this is where the essences can be helpful.  Reaching for something to support you in the process is a message to yourself on a deep level that you have made a commitment to feeling better.  That's all it takes to begin the journey! 

Using vibrational essences can allow you to begin to "practice" a different vibration.  The properties of these gems and flowers are listed because it allows you to hone in on the areas where you realize there is resistance.  When you consciously reach for something for the purpose of assisting you in the process of telling a different feeling story or just to feel better, your conscious intent begins the process of allowing the changes you seek.

Read the properties of each essence or mist frequently to sharpen your focus, to soften your resistance to "what is" and to begin to allow the life you deserve.  Do you need the essences to make this journey?  Absolutely not!  Are they fun and can they assist you in the process?  In my experience, the answer is a resounding "yes!". 

How to Use Skin Care

Even if you are completely new to vibrational essences, you most likely aren't new to skin care. You place it on your body so that your skin will feel better, be healthier and look the best it can look. However, you can use this process to nourish your body on a far deeper level.  As you apply your lotion, flood each area under your touch with deep appreciation.  Think thoughts of thanks for the magnificent workings of your body.  And if parts of your body are challenging you, send even more love there and thank it for giving you this opportunity to learn something new with a deep knowing that all is well. 

When you apply face cream, gaze deeply into your own eyes and see only the magnificence there.  Tell yourself how amazing you are and giggle a little.  We tend to take ourselves so seriously sometimes that a little mirth goes a tremendously long way in raising your vibration.

How to Use Mists

First of all, how to choose. 

  • Read the descriptions and see what resonates with you
  • Choose one with a scent that is pleasing.  When a mist is a good one for you, you will find the scent very enjoyable.
  • See how you feel after using the mist.  A mist that is a good match for you will give you a sense of relief and/or calm.

Typically, the mists can be used directly on your person -- a short burst on the front or the back of the neck.  Stop what you are doing and just take a moment to yourself.  Breathe in the scent and allow yourself to feel the relief.  You can also use them to mist a room or car (not while driving LOL!).  My personal favorite is to mist over my bed before sleep.  I usually choose one mist and use it at night for a couple weeks and then another depending on what's going on in my life.  I love to meditate myself into sleep because I rest so much more deeply and have wonderful dreams and the mists are a beautiful part of that ritual for me.   Read more...

How to Use Elixirs

First of all, how to choose:

  • Read the properties of each available elixir and see what calls out to you
  • See how it feels in/on your body.  If you feel any discomfort, discontinue use or use less.

I find the elixirs are helpful for making many fundamental changes in my view of the world and allowing me to gracefully explore my beliefs uncovering those beliefs that are no longer serving me.  Elixirs may be placed under the tongue, put into a beverage or put into a hydrosol spray bottle.  Read more...
